How We Began
Olive Arrow was founded by former Army and Marine Infantrymen. While keeping up with tactical training, we reflected on our experiences overseas and knew that there was a need to bring functional innovation to our brothers-in-arms.
Our Mission
"Innovation for America's Finest." Those four words encapsulate our mission: we exist to create practical solutions for the tactical needs of military, law-enforcement, and personal preservation.

The OA Team
Mike Oliva
President
Mike is an Army infantry veteran. He served in Iraq with a Long Range Surveillance (LRS) unit out of Fort Bragg, NC.
Mike earned a Bachelor and Masters of Business Administration from UT Austin's McCombs School of Business, one of the nation's leading business schools.
He has over a decade of experience within operations, supply chain, and project management in organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies.
Brad Arnold
Engineering
Brad is Olive Arrow's chief engineer. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology & Management from Ohio University, and an Associate of Applied Science in Mechanical Design from Hocking College.
Over the past several years, Brad has established an impressive track record as a design engineer within one of the world's largest and most recognizable companies.

Alex Garcia
Compliance & Regulatory
Alex has over 10 years of professional experience with government agencies, and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
His knowledge of government policy and his meticulous attention to detail has helped Olive Arrow quickly become eligible to work directly with local, state, and federal agencies, and submit for HUB and Veteran certifications.
Chris Oliva
Operations
Chris is a native Texan and graduate of McCoy School of Business at Texas State University. He has over a decade of experience in sales and operations in start-ups and mature companies.
Leveraging his hallmark high-energy/high-impact attitude, he's achieved record-breaking accolades throughout his professional experience, and stood up a lean, highly-effective operational team within an engineering startup firm in Austin, TX.
Jerry Labrador
Business Development
Jerry has over 20 years of operational and management experience. Born and raised in Queens, NY, he has a hard-line demeanor and dogged determination which has manifested into double-digit sales growth at companies he's worked with in South Texas.
Jerry is a decorated leader, having managed high-performing sales teams and the full spectrum of cross-functional departments.
