Olive Arrow aims to offer nothing but the finest products! So the Adaptive Foregrip (AVFG) is covered by a limited life-time warranty that covers any manufacturing defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. Just contact us, and we are happy to replace your AVFG!
Any 3rd party products (not Olive Arrow brand) purchased through our store are subject to the original manufacturer's warranty.

How much is Shipping?

For domestic (Continental U.S.) orders, a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied to each order under $75 (pre-tax & shipping). For orders over $75, shipping is FREE.
For international & OCONUS orders, shipping uses USPS estimates based on location.

What is your return policy?

Olive Arrow is committed to the highest quality products and 100% customer satisfaction! Therefore, we offer a 30 day return policy for any products bought on our online store.

Products must be in their original condition upon return, and the customer must pay for shipping to return the product to us. We will gladly cover re-delivery costs to the shipping address associated with the original order.
All refunds will be applied to the credit card or account used for the original purchase.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If the product was purchased through a third-party retailer, we can offer a product replacement if there is defect, but we cannot offer a refund. Instead, refunds should be handled through the retailer you purchased the product from.

How do I request a Return?

Please contact OA support at olivearrowllc@gmail.com to receive an RMA number and the return shipping address.

Ensure the item(s) is(are) wrapped in sufficient padding to prevent damage during shipping, include a copy of the receipt, and prominently write the RMA # on the outside of the package and on the copy of the reciept.

Packages must be prepaid, we do not accept COD packages.
